Project Highlights

The Santa Monica Gateway project was completed in 2017. Bagatelos Architectural Glass Systems worked alongside Balian Architects, Inc. and McCormick Construction Co. in the implementation of glazing solutions.

• Santa Monica Gateway is a new 200,000 sq. ft. glass and metal creative office building development in the new Bergamot Transit Village.
• BAGS was responsible for the design build of the North and South Buildings of the Santa Monica Gateway.
• The innovative Unit Wall System by BAGS totaled 58,000 sq. ft. for the North building and 28,000 sq. ft. for the South Building.
• BAGS also provided decorative fins and cantilevered wing walls.
