Project Highlights

The Riverview apartment renovation was a complete reskin of an existing concrete building with aluminum composite metal panels. The final 12 story, 98,000 sq ft building included three floors of offices and nine floors of residential space.

• BAGS completely reskinned the exterior of this building with metal panels.
• Replaced the existing windows with a thermally improved window system.
• BAGS provided new, energy-efficient clear glass for the building’s 26,000 square feet of curtain wall.
