Project Highlights

BAGS was contracted to assist with the Park Terrace project. A waterfront development, the Park Terrace is known for its striking appearance even within its own neighborhood. Completed in 2007, the structure changes in height the farther from the Mission Creek Channel it extends, from four to seven stories. In addition to the living spaces, the Park Terrace includes public spaces for conferences, and a landscaped courtyard.
