Project Highlights

Design-build and adaptive reuse of three tilt up buildings in North San Jose.
The project transforms the 300,000 sf campus and adds two new buildings with a connector between the two buildings.
The project achieved LEED Gold for the Core and Shell.

Abundant natural light achieved via new full height, floor to ceiling glass widow walls, ranging from 18’ – 22’.
Nearly 30,000 sf of Curtain wall, including a combination of BAGS 6300 & 8300 walls.
The layout of the campus incorporated several buildings, requiring the installation of 17 Swing doors and 5 Garage doors.
To achieve LEED Gold Status and bring natural light to the office space, the team incorporated 800 sf of skylights.
Finally, BAGS integrated 2,000 lf of Vertical Fins to the exterior façade to achieve a unified aesthetic across the campus.
