Project Highlights
This project was a complete renovation of the existing seismically damaged 278,000 sq. ft. library, with an addition of approximately 70,000 sq. ft. to the structure. Due to the complex nature of the project, the team incorporated a series of new technologies to facilitate layout and assembly, including 3D Laser scanning and BIM to coordinate the design team. The innovations of the build team and proper planning ensured the project was a success, completing on budget and five months ahead of schedule.
- Design build of the library’s striking, structural glass façade.
- Designed, engineered, fabricated and Installed the exterior window wall and ribbon window system
