PRECONSTRUCTION

BAGS understands the value that an experienced preconstruction team can bring to a project. For each new job, BAGS leverages its Jump-Start team, with more than 100 years of cumulative experience in the glazing field. This team ensures success when the project enters into engineering and construction.

ENGINEERING

Efficiency and accuracy are critical for an engineering department. At BAGS we have carefully cultivated a dedicated team and empowered them with Lean ideals and the most advanced technology on the market. The BAGS engineering team is streamlined and rapidly moves projects from design model to shop drawings and fabrication assemblies.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The BAGS Project Management team is experienced and ensures that each project includes the most up-to-date means and methods of construction, while providing open and accurate communication with the construction team. Primary goals include meeting project schedule deadlines and delivering full-service within target budgets.

MANUFACTURING

BAGS currently has two full fabrication facilities based in Sacramento, CA. A 50,000 sf fabrication facility connected to the Sacramento office headquarters and a second 50,000 sf manufacturing plant with four acres of yard space, just one mile from the office headquarters. These two large plants allow for efficient servicing of all projects. It is also worth noting that the BAGS headquarters boast a Net-Zero Fabrication Plant and offices with state-of-the-art glazing capabilities and provides each of our projects with uncompromising quality control.

FIELD

The BAGS field is made up of Union Glaziers, lead by one or more Superintendents with extensive glazing experience. BAGS has been cultivating this team of in-house Union Glaziers for decades, based on their industry knowledge of schedule management, building installation means and methods, and constructability. This internal leadership team is the backbone of BAGS and maintains the highest standards of safety and integrity to assure the successful completion of each project.
