Project Highlights

  • Designed in 1920, the former AT&T Headquarters was the first high-rise building in San Francisco.
  • The Pacific Bell Building originally opened in 1925 as the tallest tower in the city until 1927.
  • Original design by Timothy L. Pflueger.
  • BAGS contracted as part of $60 million renovation and modernization effort.
  • Glazing solutions for exterior facade and interior spaces.
  • Renovation completed in 2012 after 20 months.
  • The renovation incorporates contemporary details and state-of-the-art systems into one of the City's legacy Buildings.
