President & Founder
Nick Bagatelos is the company's founder and its current President and is active in the day-to-day operations of the company. Mr. Bagatelos brings nearly 30 years of experience in the design, engineering and installation of building facades. He is both a visionary entrepreneur and a pragmatic leader, initiating the purchase and retrofitting of the company’s primary manufacturing plant, into a state-of-the-art, Net Zero manufacturing facility. Mr. Bagatelos also worked tirelessly to support the company’s adoption of Lean manufacturing methods and the integration of the industry's most innovative efficiency tools and technology available.
Christopher Bagatelos is the CEO and Chief Operating Officer of BAGS. He and Nick are partners and Chris has 30 years of experience owning a commercial glazing company. Mr. Bagatelos oversees the day-to-day operations and finances throughout California. Working collaboratively with the different company leads in Sacramento, the Bay Area and Los Angeles, Chris makes sure that BAGS staffing and performance exceeds expectations. Additionally, he is President of the Northern California Glass Management Association and Co-Chair of the District Council 16 Pension. BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
Vice President of Operations
Dave Ferret is the Vice President of Operations of the three regional offices for BAGS and is based in the main office in Sacramento. In this role, Mr. Ferret oversees project management for all markets, while also supporting the daily operations of the business. Mr. Ferret has been in the glazing industry since 1984 and originally joined Bagatelos to open the Southern California office. In 2017, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations and currently oversees both Northern and Southern California regions. Mr. Ferret brings in-depth knowledge in all phases of the glazing life-cycle with an strong emphasis in drafting, manufacturing and project management. He leverages this knowledge to support each Project Manager, evaluating and tuning each project as it moves through the phases of design, fabrication and installation.
Project Executive (Southern California)
Chris Anderson is a Project Executive at BAGS and oversees a number of projects and the daily operations of the Southern California office. Mr. Anderson brings more than 23 years of experience to BAGS in managing the design, procurement, fabrication, production and installation of large monumental projects throughout California. Mr. Anderson has worked for some of the largest Curtain Wall companies in the world and is supporting the rapid growth of the Southern California office and team.
