Company History and Description of Business

BAGS, Inc was incorporated as a California Corporation on February 9, 1999 in Sacramento, California. It was founded by Nicholas Bagatelos. Nick brought 13 years of experience from working at a family business, Commercial Window Systems Inc., a multi-million dollar glass installation sub-contractor in Northern California. In the year 2000, his brother, Christopher, joined the business as Chief Operating Officer, with project management and administrative responsibilities.

The company's Designs, Fabricates and Installs curtain wall systems in California. Based on the two brother's reputation and experience in the industry, the company quickly established itself as one of the premier glazing sub-contractors in the Northern California. Some of the company's accomplishments include 100 Grand (Oakland, CA), Sun Micro (Newark, CA), The Money Store Ziggurat (Sacramento, CA), Thunder Valley Casino Tower (Roseville, CA), and multiple OSHPD projects for Kaiser, Sutter Health, and Catholic Health Care West. Each noted project was negotiates because of strong relationships with a key group of general contractors. These relationships allow BAGS to contract in multiple geographic regions throughout California.

Nick Bagatelos is the company's founder and its current President. His 13 years of experience in the glass installation business have brought the company to the forefront in Northern California. Mr. Bagatelos is active in the day-to-day operations of the company including bidding on jobs and overseeing their completion.

Secretary/Treasurer Operations/Purchasing

Christopher Bagatelos joined the company in 2000 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will serve as the director of project management, as well as oversee daily operations of the business. He is on-site at the various jobs making sure the proper material has been delivered and that the job is being done according to plan. He is also responsible for the ordering of additional materials should add-ons be needed for the project. In addition, Chris is responsible for the company's work force. He monitors how many men are needed at which job site and when they are needed.
